  • "Agent" means individuals or entities that onboard and/or manage Domestic Staff profiles.
  • "Personal Information" (or "Personal Data") means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under NDPA/NDPR.
  • "Special Category Data" means sensitive Personal Information such as health data, biometric data, race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or criminal record information.
  • "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Information, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion.
  • "Cookies" are small text files placed on your device to store information and help us recognise you and your preferences.

3. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that we collect when you visit or register on the Platform, create or update your profile, post or apply for jobs, subscribe to our paid services, contact us or interact with our support team, or when Agents onboard Service Personnel or contribute data on their behalf. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked from our Platform.

Depending on your role (Customer, Domestic Staff, or Agent) and how you interact with the Platform, we may collect the following categories of data:

4.1 Identity and Contact Data

  • Profile photo (optional)

4.2 Profile and Employment Data (Domestic Staff and Agents)

  • Type of service offered (e.g., driver, nanny, cook, cleaner, caregiver, housekeeper, steward, etc.).
  • Years of experience and skill level.
  • Languages spoken.
  • Availability and preferred work arrangements (live-in, live-out, part-time, full-time).
  • Agent/company affiliation details.
  • References or work history information where provided by you.

4.3 Verification and Compliance Data (Where Applicable)

  • Government-issued ID details (e.g., NIN, voter's card, international passport), where required for verification.
  • Basic background check information (where lawful and with consent).
  • Evidence of training or certifications.
